Standards of Conduct

The Plaza Hotel & Casino is licensed and regulated pursuant to law and regulations promulgated by the state of Nevada Gaming Control Board and Commission (NV Gaming Regulators). By conducting activies on the premisies, you agree to operate in compliance with all applicable gaming laws and regulations.

All guests agree to the below standards conducct when taking photos, video, or recording on the premises.

  • You must notify Plaza Marketing prior to any photography, filming, or recording when on property at 1 Main Street, Las Vegas NV, 89101.
  • No filming is allowed without prior approval and may be revoked at any time.
  • You may not film or include any person, including guests and employees, without our and their prior written approval.
  • Filming must not interfere with casino operations or guest experience. Business must operate as normal.
  • When filming, equipment is limited to a hand-held device, and no more than (1) photographer.

Any posts of images or videos/recordings, including social media or other publications, must follow the below standards:

Your post or publication must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You agree to not:

  • Post photos, videos, or recordings of anyone without getting their prior approval and permission.
  • Share any personal information about the company and entity.
  • Share misleading or false information about our company, employees, products and services, or our events.
  • Post any content that promotes unsafe or illegal activity.
  • Use racial/ethnic slurs, personal insults, or other offensive language.

You must follow any additional guidelines provided by the company related to your actions on the premises and any posts/publications involving the company.

The company reserves the right to remove you from the premises at any time, for any reason, or no reason, in its sole discretion.
